And he LOVED biscuits. I have very fond and vivid memories of eating biscuits with him and my great grandmother "Ma" almost every week when I was young.

Daddy-O & Ma
I was blessed to have them in my life for about 15 years. And despite Daddy-O passing away in early 2000, and Ma passing on a few years later, the memories will never fade. Whether it was a pot of green beans cooking on the stove top, or homemade southern-style biscuits fresh out of the oven, great food was part of nearly every memory of Daddy-O and Ma. Which is why it was so fitting to name our biscuits after Daddy-O, the biscuit king himself.
Fast forward to me as a gluten-free adult, I am so excited to finally share an incredible gluten-free biscuit mix that produces those same big, fluffy, biscuits I remember eating as a child!
Biscuits by Daddy-O are an amazing option for anyone with a traditional biscuit craving but also a gluten-free need! And the best part, they are so delicious, you'd hardly even know they are gluten-free!
